Refunds and Replacements

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Customers may not be required to return items in order to receive a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5-10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds or replacements may not be granted for:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Normal shipping delays beyond our control
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Requests submitted outside the stated reporting period
